In the last century, Don Agustín María de Mendoza y Montero de Espinosa, 6th Conde de la Corte, often sat at the main dinning-room table with something to eat and a glass of wine. He was always in good company: well-known bull-fighters, cattle farmers and impresarios of the bullfighting world were among his friends.
What mattered most was the company and the conversation. So many ideas, decisions, proposals and solutions have emerged around this table. Today everything remains the same: it is the atmosphere and the company that matter most.
But if you prefer to dedicate more time to enjoy the food than to such encounters, less than 200 metres away, our restaurant Barbacana offers you the best cuisine of our land. Its careful selection of ingredients, dishes and details will satisfy even the most demanding of palates.
